A month or so ago intrepid adventurers began discovering some pretty keen stuff in World of Warcraft. Beyond the usual keen stuff they were supposed to be discovering, that is. In certain circumstances they found themselves able to enter instanced zones that Blizzard's worldsmiths once believed to be inaccessible. These areas are obviously unfinished, but offer what many believe to be a sneak peek at content that may be included in the game's first expansion. Blizzard moved quickly to fix the bugs that allowed players to enter the forbidden areas, but while they are now inaccessible when playing the game on Blizzard's servers, the maps and models used in the forbidden zones are contained within the game's client and can still be seen by anyone with the right tools and a little curiosity. Maybe it's all content that has long since been relegated to the digital scrap heap, or maybe we'll be seeing some of this again when the expansion finally hits. It's probably best to just let everyone see the pretty pictures and draw their own conclusions.
