DHzer0point 0.59 Official Release

Changed the installer around, all languages supported, and we appear to have fixed all install bugs with the sapphire and laptop cards
Increased performance in CS:S
Further IQ and performance enhancements
MultiThreading Enabled
Enabled Adaptive AA by Default, if you'd like to change it use the CCC
CCC and CP bundled together choose one when installing
Radlinker included for overclocking, and generally being a damn cool app

Drivers should work fine with windows 2000 as well as XP.

All mobility cards are supported
