DH Preview: ATI X1800XT (R520)

I'm glad ATI has finally got something better or as good as Nvidia.
If I was going to buy a really expensive video card, I'd definitely get an x1800.
When prices fall I'll probably get an x1800 but for now my x800 does what I need it to.

There was never a Press Edition... only a Phantom Edition

OK OK everyone can agree ATI has a nice card. That’s not the question.

Here is the thing about this card....

ATI needed to produce a card that would make people take there 7800GT/GTX card out of there system and replace it with a X1800. But as everyone knows you would be a moron to do that. ATI has missed the bandwagon by missing a parallel release with nvidias 7800's.

Like I said before it’s not about being fair it’s about what’s the best possible gaming system on the market today....Which is SLI 7800GTX

Butttttt who knows maybe in a year ATI will be doing the kicking, that what’s great about capitalism.
