Avvenu, Inc. has announced that its free, remote access service now supports a range of Palm devices, including the Treo 650 , the LifeDrive, and the new Palm TX.

Specifically optimized for Palm devices, Avvenu gives users wireless access to their documents, folders, and photos directly from their handheld or smartphone.

Using DataViz's Documents To Go, which is included with most Palm models, users can view and edit Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files even when they don't have their computer with them.

Avvenu also intelligently manages the connection to match the device being used. Avvenu's smart viewing feature scales large files, such as photos, to the right size for fast viewing on Palm devices.
