"G.SKILL uses Samsung TCCD or TCC5 chips on these DDR memory modules. The timings of 2.5-4-4-8 are pretty much what you would expect from modules using these chips. During our overclocking tests we could get DDR600 speeds ot of the sticks, at a ather small voltage of 2.8V. The best about this memory? It's the price. You can fnd a 2x 512MB kit for around $170 online."
