The license agreement covers Rambus PCI Express PHY technology for implementation in multiple process geometries for the SiS product line of PC chipsets. Optimized for link utilization, latency, power consumption and silicon footprint, the Rambus PHY cells address SiS' southbridge and northbridge products.
SiS combines professional chip design with advanced semiconductor manufacturing technologies, offering its customers a broad range of PC, notebook, Wireless LAN and Information Appliances products that incorporate leading-edge logic products.
