A PC for Tightwads
One of the fixtures around Silicon Valley is Fry's Electronics. While the chain has spread throughout the west, Fry's started here, and has always had a geeky sort of reputation. I actually read through that whole thing and found it very interesting. I'm still not sure what market they're aiming for with those specs though?? If it came with 512mb then with the addition of a big cheap hdd it's a ready made $159 mp3 server no worries. wonder who buy's them? |
