Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce 6600GT with Silent-Pipe II @ HardwareZoom

Heatpipe cooling for graphic cards & CPU is nothing new, it has been used to enhance the cooling performance of heatsinks. One example will be the Gigabyte Radeon X800XL PCIe that we have reviewed recently, it feature the Gigabyte's SilentPipe technology, a low power fan is all it needs to keep the card cool and quiet.

Today, we will look at another Gigabyte graphic card that fitted with heatpipes - based on NVIDIA GeForce 6600GT with the new Silent-Pipe II technology. Using a new proprietary front-flow thermal module to remove heat from the heat sink and improved natural airflow, cooling fan is no longer needed!
