On the heels of announcing the its new In2TV service, AOL also proclaimed the birth of a new streaming video format called AOL Hi-Q. AOL claims that the new format delivers DVD-quality video capable of quality full-screen display, in a streamed format. How might they be offering this? Joining up alongside the BBC, AOL has decided to delve into the world of P2P content delivery.
