Linux making its way onto the Xbox 360

The new Xbox 360 console represents the latest in gaming technology, but for a few Linux die-hards the console is an enticing high-powered computer just waiting for the Linux operating system. Developers at the Free60 project are trying to port Linux and Darwin, the Macintosh operating system, to the Xbox 360. The project is still at a very early stage and no code has been released yet.
