Retail edition patch for Serious Sam 2 updating the game to v2.066. Adds dedicated server support, fixes a bug involving the difficulty setting being lost while loading a saved game, adds 1280x1024 support and more.

This patch definitely includes some handy fixes, and the added resolutions were really needed.
