After a month with the Xbox 360, I'm ready to talk about all the mistakes that the Microsoft Xbox 360 team made in developing their console. The feedback is designed to be constructive.

Typically Microsoft pushes new products on the market after testing but it appears after my experience with colleagues who own and use the new wonder that their feelings are rather mixed.
1. Graphics were a plus compared to what they were accustomed to, since most transitioned from PS2.
2. Games were impressive as most enjoy racing and COD2 for instance.
(Most were not PC gamers.)
3. Most did not own PCs. (are we shocked?)
4. Sticker shock has still not worn off, this item is too damn expensive, and qualifies as a luxury for hardworking people.
5. None have experienced any lockups or problems, however they managed to permanently damage the display machines at both Bestbuy stores..

6. Did I mention it was too damn expensive?
7. They are desperately looking forward to the new Sony product.

I hope the PS3 is better than what ive read, it doesnt even have a dedicated dolby digital sound chip.

Well after getting home I read this article and they make some good points, however I have some serious disagreements with the comments on the DVD playback. I honestly think the picture is gorgeous with great colour saturation via component to my dell 2405.
