New ACX nForce1/2 Driver Pack at nForcersHQ

The group AmeriCompX has taken the guesswork and gruntwork out of installing the nForce UDP 2.00 drivers. They have released a new package of WHQL drivers, sans the USB and IDE drivers that seem to have caused many people trouble.

This is a custom set of nForce drivers compiled by the ACX Forum. There are two major issue with the nVidia set. 1st being the Installer makes multiple errors and than the IDE driver. This pack has the following:

Audio driver 3.14 (WHQL'd)
Audio utilities 3.07
Network driver 2.81 (WHQL'd)
GART driver 2.78 (WHQL'd)
SMBus driver 2.75 (WHQL'd)
Memory controller driver 2.75 (WHQL'd)

There is not installation program here, you must install them all manually one at a time. Please make sure you use with a fresh install of WinXP that includes SP1. The SP1 will install the best IDE driver and the USB 2.0 or 1.1 drivers, as needed by either the NF1 or NF2.

The drivers are in ZIP format at the top of the page; at the bottom of the page are a much smaller RAR repackaged set and a repackaged set without the Audio Panel Localisation DLLs.
