eVGA e-GeForce4 Ti4600 (ACS3 Cooling System)

The unique peculiarity of graphics cards from eVGA is the unusual cooling system the company calls ACS - Asymmetric Cooling System. This idea has evolved to its third generation now. The ACS3 is installed in new "exclusive" graphics cards from eVGA based on the NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti4600 GPU.

We got into our test lab a specimen of the graphics card from eVGA featuring the ACS3. Of course, we put off all other work and sat down to examining the card and its features…

I'm sorry, but it looks like another way to sell a lame video card. The memory didn't even clock as high as an old Visiontek w/ NO mem. heatsinks.

Oh yeah that card is definately lame </sarcasm> (where the hell do these people come up with this crap?) Looks like just another way to cool a 4600 to me. Nothing special, but nothing to put down either.

Yeah, I just meant the "cooling" was lame-- The card is a 4600, and any 4600 is a good card if you ask me. The other one that was in the news yesterday looks really nice though. The silver PCB w/ the nice case

Yeah, I heard that this cooling isn't any better than most of the regular heatsinks. Although it is silent. But have you ever heard the fan on your graphics card? I haven't...too quiet.
