KiSS DP-450: First Player for DivX Video in Hi-Fi Format

Until now, movies in space-saving DivX (MPEG-4) format could only be viewed on a PC. The KiSS DVD player is the first standalone device for TV's and projectors. How does it stack up in practice?

A great dvd player from Kiss, a danish company ;D. There has been some issues, but the latest 2.61 firmware which should be released today has fixed a ton of bugs and Divx 3 support is expected real soon

Another great dvd player from Kiss is the DP-500, which is the same as DP-450 but has an ethernet card built in, this means you can stream your movie, music, and so on from your pc

And it also supports the excellent Ogg Vorbis audio fomrat which is the future of compressed music. This is looking very nice indeed. I have a strong feeling that i will buy this hardware soon. Playing Divx (version 3.x suppport is almost a must have) and Ogg Vorbis is just awsome.

Vorbis is nice, as soon as the dp-500 has divx3 support, luckly i live in demark and can buy it for around 400$, fair price.
