No Clone Mode Option Visible Anywhere

What if, with an NVidia GeForce4 420 Go card and 0ctober 17, 2003, Version 4.5.9.1 driver with WindowsXP Home, I can get my desktop wallpaper to clone on my TV and send windows there manually, one at a time, but nowhere can I get a "clone mode" option? I had this working perfectly for a long time, but recently had a hard drive crash and am having to rebuild.

I believe, originally, I had solved this problem through DriverAgent.com, but my subscription, of course, is now out of date. Does anyone know of a better driver-finder subscription service than Driver Agent, while we're at it?
