Monitor driver updater! (PHP Project)

I've been formulating an idea, and I'd like to share it with you guys to get your opinion. (Note to admins: I'm not sure this is the best place for this topic, but it makes sense for it to be here to me. Move it if you feel it'd be better elsewhere.)

Since monitor drivers are relatively simple, and most don't include x64 support, I thought I'd write a nice little PHP form that lets you submit your monitor's INF file and returns a download to a 64-bit compatible version. Would this be of any benefit to people, or is it just a waste of time?
