Question

I have a question, say I had 2 PCI cards, will I be able to choose which card to use for my games? And will i have to swich which one my monitor is plugged into? Or will I have to have 1 AGP and 1 PCI? I seem to remember people with Geforce's in their AGP slot and Voodoos in their PCI for glide games.

This should work fine for DirectX games but not OpenGL games as DirectX uses the current "active" display or primary display card. OpenGL isn't aware of this and probably won't work.

How would I siwch which card is the active card?

The game will/should allow you to select which card to play on.

Windows should do this - should be under display settings.
