I've downloaded the 1.09 Beta 4 drivers to upgrade my Omega 1.01 drivers for my Voodoo 3 3000 card. Unfortunately when I try and install by opening the Install.exe, I get the message
" A required .DLL file, NEWDEV.DLL was not found" Any ideas out there? I'm new to this sort of thing! |

I've got the fix for you. I've downloaded the drivers with the same problems your describing, but after a short analysis of the problem, I just copied the 3dfxv3.inf file from the BETA 2 copy overwriting the one in the BETA 4 copy. Installation when smooth from there.
You need know where to get those drivers though. 3dfx Underground installs all the driver files in a directory under 3dfx Underground Tools in Program Files. Go to the drivers portion and that's where the drivers reside. If you need anymore help, just ask. |
