Default Post 3dfx 1.09 Beta 4 drivers will not install

I've downloaded the 1.09 Beta 4 drivers to upgrade my Omega 1.01 drivers for my Voodoo 3 3000 card. Unfortunately when I try and install by opening the Install.exe, I get the message
" A required .DLL file, NEWDEV.DLL was not found" Any ideas out there? I'm new to this sort of thing!

I've got the fix for you. I've downloaded the drivers with the same problems your describing, but after a short analysis of the problem, I just copied the 3dfxv3.inf file from the BETA 2 copy overwriting the one in the BETA 4 copy. Installation when smooth from there.

You need know where to get those drivers though. 3dfx Underground installs all the driver files in a directory under 3dfx Underground Tools in Program Files. Go to the drivers portion and that's where the drivers reside. If you need anymore help, just ask.
