OverClocking GPU

I have an ATI Rage 128 16MB video card i know it sucks i need to buy one wiht more Memory. But in the mean while i have added a fan to the heatsink to keep it cooler. I have found these program called Rage 128 tweaker i was wondering if anyone has used these or knows if works or not i have changed the settings for the core speed and memory speed but i see no diference. Does any one know if it works?

[SIZE=x-small]Like any other Videocard tweaking programs, it should work with your Rage 128 card, afterall, it is a tweaking program. Try it for yourself and see if it works, you got nothing to loose

... or you could just use Rage3D Tweak

I tired it but i wasnt seeing any results with i would change the speed and set it but when i closed the program and reopened i still had my old/default settings im gonna try the Rage tweak you mentioned thanks!

Coded by Maiden and it still stands out in my mind as one of the finest viddy card tweaking proggy ever written. I'm a little rusty at Rage128 trouble-shooting, but I'll be glad to give it a shot.

(The real rage128 experts are still over at Rage Underground, home of that tweaker you got yourself there.

What OS? What CPU and memory? What drivers are you currently using for the 128?

im useing XP home intel celeron and the lastest drivers release betas

At defult before changing my core runs at 108 and my memory runs ar 216 Mhz the only problem is if i change the core my Memory goes down becuse the program only supports memory speeds of 170. Would be better to to make the core faster by sacrificeing my memory speed?
