A8R32-MVP Deluxe and DDR Booster

I wanted to buy this motherboard but the only problem i see is the 3.2v memory voltage, i've got BH-5 memory so anything lower than 3.4 is no-go, anyone know if the DDR Booster is compatible with this motherboard?

I'd check out and ask OCZ forum, chances are someone on OCZ staff who knows first hand will tell you.

Incidentally how high do you want to take your BH-5's? 3.4 is near the upper limits for BH-5's

Well unofficially BH-5 has an upper limit of 3.6-3.8, i get 2-2-2-5 @ 275mhz @ 3.6v, i know i'm probably going to have to change the ram soon enough with this kind of voltages but everything is slowly transitioning over to ddr2 soon so no prob there anyway.
Thx for the advice, i'll check out the ocz forums in a sec.

You may want to take this to http://www.hardwareheaven.com/showthre...threadid=67649 where the OCZ staff can have a look

If you can find out what the board uses for power regulators, then you can determine if the booster will work.

If the board uses Linear Power Regulators...the booster is fine.

If the board uses Switching Regulators.......BOOM !!!

email Asus support and ask them, they may be able to hook you up. Also read Veridian3's front page post
