What Should The Voltage On My XP 1600+ Be On???

It says 1.75, and i heard some saying, 1.6 should be the right one....and it should lower my cpu's temp if i put it on...should i or leave it on 1.75 (50c with side case on, 45c with side case off)

shuki is on a distinguished road

the athlon xp1600 runs at default 1.75vcore. the new .13 tbred chips run at 1.60 vcore default. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I would leave it at 1.75v

I would have to agree with shuki.........but it looks like you could use a really good copper based HSF and some Artic Silver 3, the combo will drop your temps a good 10-20.
