What do YOU use to cut holes?

I prefer the Dremel and a cut disc....or maybe the hole saw drill bit combo. But someone doesn't prefer either. He liked it this way....

I use a dremel for most of my cutting.

edit: I should have read the thread before I posted in it
If only I had a scanner or digi-cam I have so many failed projects that I could fill with black powder and blow up. I have already blown up 2 terrible model cars and an entire old compaq 486. I'm sure if I had a way to get it onto my computer I could find something else to blow up......

System Specs

you know the hole cuters you use for the doors when putting in doornoobs? Thier available in 3" perfect for 80 mm fans (at the hardware store it must say wood/metal the ones for just would might not work for obious reasons) and they have larger ones 5 inches I think for 120 mm... But you have to have a good place to do it and some extra scrap wood (helpfull depending oh where you puttion the hole), and a high speed drill of course... I wish I had some pics... But it'll give you a perfect hole.. then use a dremel tool or rounded file to nock off the burs. Carefull those edges are like razorblades, nice workgroves a must.. (unless you enjoy that kinda thing)

I glued two faceplates tograther and put a 80 mm fan in beteen my cdburner and hhd... have fun with it... make sure to pick up some fan grills etc.. too...

to mark the screw holes I held a taped a fan (an old one I keep around)in place (tape it or something or you screw holes will be off becouse trust me it will move while your doing this) and use a drillbit just smaller then the screw holes in you fan. start your holes, just enough pit the metal, dont go through the metal!!! NO HOLES (yet), otherwise you'll just make it much harder on your self... take off your fan.. tape ect... now get a drill bit just a hair lager than the fan screw holes on your fan.. cover there you going to drill win a big pice of clear tape ( this way if you slip you wont leave nasty marks on your case) and then drill through were you pre-drilled... and enjoy profesional .. perfect holes.. ENJOY
