you only need to run the first 4 benchmarks to get a 3dmark score, his system might not have been stable enough to run more then the first 4.

Cuz he didn't perform those tests. They aren't mandatory and don't contribute to the overall score.

No, they don't, but if you don't run those extra tests you make it look like your system was too unstable to handle anything beyond the first few tests...

I remember cracking 3dmark 2k1 version 300. ( I wanted to disturb my friend who just got a gf4 while I had a gf3) I was able to get over 30k 3dmarks, and I could have submitted it to mad onion. I didn't becuase they were fraudulent results. I'm pretty sure cracking version 330 is possible.

maybe you people should accept the fact that he beat you all...
and as for the reverse memory clock, if you haven't noticed, most of the demos on 3DS2k1 are very processor dependent, and thus you can achieve more(w/ the same voltage/heat/stress) by adding more to the processor and retracting fromt he memory, which is faster to begin with

Once i get my system back up(damn windows wrote itself raw last week), I'll post my mad Radeon 8500's scores...haha..i think i broke 11000 last time i checked, but i don't remember
