How do I get a larger divider for the memory clock?

Hi guys,

I have in an article come across this image of how to overclock an Athlon64 3700+ San Diego processor to 2750MHz (the same processor as what I have).

Now, as you can see on the diagram, the multiplier for the base clock remains at x11 and the "divider" for the memory is at x14 in order to get the memory under the 200MHz again.

My question is, how do I set the divider for the memory to /14? I've been in the BIOS but couldn't see where to change the divider for the memory.

To change the divider for your memory in the bios you need to change the memory speed, normal options are 100/133/166/200.

Example: Seting your memmory to 100 and FSB at 200 with a AMD64, your memory will run at /2,.

The calculation is: fsb / divider = memory speed

[edit]

To get 2.75ghz on processor and 200 on memory your best bet would be...

Well, if you think your mem will go over 200 by a small margin you can run 250fsb with memory set to 166 mode and you will get 208 memory speed.

Sadly if you do the next lowest mem speed, 133; you will end up with a mem speed of 166.

Running your fsb at 240 instead of 250 (resulting in 2.64ghz) instead of 2.75 will let you run your memory at 200 on the dot if you run it on 166 mode.

[another edit]

Just for any one that cares, here are the dividers in decimal format to do formulas with.

AMD64:
200 = /1
166 = /1.2
133 = /1.5
100 = /2

Simple stuff, might help some one learn to oc, though.
