Problem with Radeon overclocking

Hi,
I tryed to overclock my Ati Radeon 9000 nonpro.
At first i use the new Powerstrip 3.30 with Holger, but i get a Bluescreen.
At next i tryed Radeonator 2.0 but the same happend.
The Massage at the Bluescreen told my that ther was a problem with the ati2dvag.dll.
What is the problem and what can i do ???

PS: I Use passiv-cooling system, directX9 and Omega 2.3.5.5

What clock speeds are you trying for? And what is your default?

Memory 200 MHz
and Chip 250 MHz..

I only would testing
i haven´t a strickt target of clockspeed..
i only want to fix tihs problem..

I could be wrong, but I thought I read somewhere that some of these cards were clock locked and that there was fix for it. I will look later and see If I can find anything. Sorry to hear your having problems.

There are patches for overclocking the 9000 NON_Pro`s and also the latest powerstrip overrides the lock too. I found though that the 9000 NON-PRO is not worth overclocking. I only managed to get so little extra out of it it wasnt worth it. And I as using active cooling. I only managed to get 205Mhz memory and 260Mhz gpu marginaly stable. It still wasnt properly stable at that with active cooling. It is not worth wasting your time with them. Simply put they are a great card for their price but crap for overclocking. AREA_51

I could be wrong, but I thought I read somewhere that some of these cards were clock locked and that there was fix for it. I will look later and see If I can find anything.
