"Powered By" Sapphire 9700Pro BIOS?

can someone please give me a detailed explanation on "how to" flash my saphire9700Pro bios.

how do i see what bios i have now? what programs do i need to extract the BIOS? what programs do i need to edit the bios once extracted? how do i reload the modified bios once edited?

i hear that you can better your memory timings on these cards from say a CAS2 to a CAS1. how is this possible? thanks alot and have a good one...
