Its ok its why I put it on my credit card

And oems only get 30days anyways.

Comes with a 12month warranty with my CC company.

Also just to note I work with stuff like chips all the time. And a thing to note is that Engineering samples often in production would have ended up as a much higher clock if it was a production lot.

If I send you a chip that overclocks say 50% you tell everyone its a wicked buy so they go out buy it low and behold your lucky to get 20% increase. As production goes on testing gets tighter as more products are released.

B0 isn't bad. Its Isn't as good as C stepping however it still does pretty well.

Its from the first batch of chips made... its like muffins. Your first batch may be a little less tasty or better cooked then the last batch, but the more you do the better they come out. THe later chips coming out are more overclockable, may use a little less power etc.. stuff like that
