Asrock dual sataII-AMD 3800+ (venice)

Hey people,

Well i bought this mobo and a 3800+ and also this memory http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146895

Ok also i have a diferent pc 3200 kinston memory rated at 3cls, but it does 2.5 at 400mhz, well i have done some overclocking with mobo and cpu,
Original multi of cp x12 and i lowered to x10 and then lowered memory to 133 and incresed the ht to 268 and htt to 600 both (cant remember the name exacly) now the resulting memory came up to 178.7 mhz not the full 200mhz wich is rated, no change in timming also, running 2.5 ,3,5,2,2 now i cant go far more of the 268 on cpu frequenzy, i know its not my ram cus its supposed to hit 200, i`m thinking in the processor volt but i dont want to make any volt mod cuz i have the stock cooler of my cpu..
Now is it worth overclock my cpu to this level?,
I`m making 43 seconds on super pi 1mb.(with the overclock)
and i`m making 44 seconds with my stock speed wich are
x12 multi, 200mhz memory(400mhz), HTT 1000mhz and the same timmings ,
Beside that my cpu frquency has gain up does it really worth it, i havent tested with any other software , so i would like to know if you guys can anwser this question or give some more clues...
