Pentium D 930 3.0

hey guys,its the first time I will overclock mi processor,and I dont now much about this,whatever,someone axplain me how to overclok a Pentium D 930 3.0 with "cooler box" (the cooler that I bought with the processor)...and if I make a powerfull overclock i will need a new coller(the normal temperature here is 40graus becouse I live in the center of Brazil and here its really HOT)

anyone know the conversion from C- GRAUS or from F- GRAUS?????(i've never heard of that unit)

graus is degrees so i assume 40c

sorry,its becouse in Brazil we use GRAUS CELCIUS not FARENHEIT...
