230/190.

I think I can get it to 300/200, but this SGRAM doesn't O/C very well.

ummm... This isn't in any way your fault ... but i'm still a little confused (with all the ATI shit and all). 300/195 is GPU/MEM or vice versa? Its just that i can see it happening either way....

I am talking about All-in-Wonder Radeon 8500DV, not just a Radeon 8500, all the 8500DV's come at 230/190.

The AIW Radeon 8500 128MB version comes at the full 275/275 but its got no firewire.

And that is Core/Mem. Also the 8500DV uses SGRAM 2:1 (=DDR) and it doesn't o/c as well as regular DDR SDRAM.

i OC'ed my all-in-wonder 8500dv to 300/190 like you did but it freezes when i try to run the Serene Screen Aquarium 1.1 at 1600 X 1024. the most stable OC for me is 279/203.

Well thats not half bad... I can't figure this out, why is ATI running the GPU's at 230 on the 8500DV, it obviously can handle retail clocking...

i guess that way the all-in-wonder 8500 128 looks much better. it makes me feels like a sucker to be one of the first to own the all-in-wonder 8500DV.

Did you use any additional cooling on the card / ram? I was able to overclock the card using the latest plutonium drivers and the artifact tester, and was able to clock fairly high. However, in a benchmark application ie 3dmark2001, I get MASSIVE artifacts. Will adding additional cooling fix this? Also, please post the procedure you used to o/c this card.
Thanks in advance.

also, are there any bios settings to make an overclocked video card more stable?

Well on the 8500DV I have, with nothing extra, I pulled 300/195, I added a bigger Athlon TBird fan (Temporarily) and managed a 312/195, but that was max.

Didn't do much to the card, as its an investment, my Retail 8500 on the other hand......

sublime6atl, as a general rule of thumb, the way to make overclocked components more stable is to feed them more voltage. As far as videocards go, you need to do this through modification or, possibly, overclocking software. Oh, and, of course, you need to cool them better.

i saw a pencil volt mod for the Radeon 8500, but there is not instuction for a pencil volt mod for the all-in-wonder 8500DV. The lay out of the Radeon 8500 and the Radeon 8500DV is totally diff. Anyone know how to volt mod the radeon 8500DV?

All stock. It couldn't handle the Advanced pixel shader demo in 3DMark2001 though.
