How is this P4 cooler compared to Intel's Stock HSF

I tried look around the net, but I couldn't find many reviews on this Thermaltake P4 Socket 478 Cooler.

Thermaltake P4 478 Volcano

From the specs, I'd say it's pretty good. But has anyone used this cooler before? No need for recommendations, I just want to know how much better this HSF performs compared to the Intel's Stock HSF. The price is $30 CDN from where I'm thinking of getting it from.

I do NOT recommend getting this over the stock HSF. I have one and it is loud, and rather inefficient for all the noise it produces. In return, all I get is maybe a 2C temperature drop. Not worth it.

No, no, no. This is untrue. The P4 Dragon 478 is the BEST P4 cooler for anything under 3.06Ghz. I have it and yes it is loud, but only at it's max RPM. It comes with a switch so you can choose high, medium or low. Low speed is very silent and is about the RPM as the stock cooler, hower this heatsink is all copper and is an excelent and inexpensive choice for a cooler.
