How is this P4 cooler compared to Intel's Stock HSF
I tried look around the net, but I couldn't find many reviews on this Thermaltake P4 Socket 478 Cooler.
Thermaltake P4 478 Volcano From the specs, I'd say it's pretty good. But has anyone used this cooler before? No need for recommendations, I just want to know how much better this HSF performs compared to the Intel's Stock HSF. The price is $30 CDN from where I'm thinking of getting it from.

I do NOT recommend getting this over the stock HSF. I have one and it is loud, and rather inefficient for all the noise it produces. In return, all I get is maybe a 2C temperature drop. Not worth it.
