Artic Silver 3 VS Antec Silver???

oh well satech went off saying how we said that the antec stuff was a fake arctic silver and I was saying thats not what was said.

I was telling him that what you said was there were conventions where a fake arctic silver was being sold

Ive been using this stuff lately and my temps are very good.

Im sure either one is pretty good as they both come from well known companies
and not some fake like that of an asian copy that was floating around a while back.

you wanna see the silver put some on something spray it with wd 40 and the dark particals apear to be silver (just something I noticed with the cheap stuff)

How did you see silver in the cheap stuff when it doesn't jave any real silver in it?

Well the fake one, from AS homepage, really does suck!! I used it before, but now I'm using OCZ thermal paste and my cpu temp dropped 5-8C :o OCZ performs like AS3 or a bit better

I found another thermal compound that's even more expensive than Arctic Silver III but I don't think it's better:

Specs:
7.5W/m-k Thermal conductivity
0.06 C-in2/W Thermal Resistance

well 3-12C for atic silver 3 ... it's simly the best ... do you want good or the best? when there cost is so little... like $3.99 for enogh to do 20 aplications!

I own artic siver II and III ... I use the 2 to mix with theral adheasive and the 3 for things like my cpu.....
