I'm curious, does anyone have any info or experience on how high the AtlhonXP 2400 can be oc'ed, without raising voltage?
(yes I know it's case by case, but how about some range of figures? )

I have a AIUHB 0250 stepping and it does the following;
2.3@1.65v (stock)
2.425@1.75v
2.520@1.85v
Haven't tried to go higher but I run it at 2.475@1.8v for daily use

Forge is on a distinguished road

I must've gotten shafted. Mine goes to a mere 2.1 without a bump, 2.25GHz at 1.85V.

Hopefully my 2500+ will do better.

i checked my serial numbers on my cpu and it can be overclocked to 2500mhz.
it is currently at 2250mhz default clock. (2800+) i mhad to increase the voltage by 7.5% but i find that even with the thermaltake volcano 11 it is still 65 degrees

Sy, that thing is running pretty darn hot. Does it freeze on you? What stepping is it?
I had two of them that would not go over 2250MHz no matter what, and I got extremely lucky wih this one
My old ones were AIUCB compared to my current AIUHB...makes a world of difference

What heatsink are you using now? I have an SLK-800 and mine never goes over 45C even with only a 2500rpm fan. You should definitely look into one if you want better cooling. But you also have to keep your case cool or else even the best hsf is worthless.
