Need Help OCing a 7900GT
Hey
Today I reformated my computer and installed Windows Vista. After innstalling RivaTuner to tweak my XFX GeForce 7900GT card I noticed that it did not work. The triangel you click under "Driver Settings" was gone, and insted it stood: "No supported drivers detected for this display adapter". So I wonder what is wrong? I used RivaTuner when I had Win XP, so it is not the card, and I have innstalled drivers form the nVidia page. Thanks! |

RivaTuner first has to support Vista (if it doesn't already) and it has to support the Vista drivers in order to do anything like overclocking.
Sorry, but you're just going to have to wait until RivaTuner is updated or you can just use nVidia's overclocking utility (enabled via registry, though I'm not sure how in Vista).

Rivatuner 2.0 final has just been released.
http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=163 The FAQ says that Vista is supported with limited feature set. |
