7950Gx2 And AMD 4600+, voltages and temps

Hey.

Can someone tell me what program they are using to overclock the 7950Gx2? I cannot find it, as the ones integrated in the Nvidia program do not seem to be working.

The AMD 4600+ if i even over clock 2 MHZ more in it's FSB it goes unstable and freezes. Why is that, yo think the power supply doesn't have enough power to supply it more? When I look at my Voltages, my 3.3 is a 3.26, my 5.5 is at 4.95. It flucuates, I don't know how to tell though what happens when the system is underload. Is there a program taht can do that, because i think my Power supply is JUST cutting it with the 4 hard drives i have, one cd rom, the 7950gx2 the 2gb of ram, and AMD 4600+. My temps are cool at 39 degrees Idle.

My 12 is 12.26

Is this okay for the voltage at idle?

coolbits.reg works fine with modded drivers for overclocking

your cpu HT is set to 5x ... 200fsb x 5 == 1000mhz HT

to keep it stable you'd wanna bee i below 1000 or equal.

so you'd wanna lower it to say..... 4x or even 3x to do some experimenting... also gotta slow down the ram if you wanna overclock the CPU.. check the Athlon X2 overclocking thread here and have a look see around and see how we've overclocked ours, grab some ideas, and you'll have a fair idea on how these AMD babies work..

also, what RAM do you have, and what PSU do you run..

ALl my stats are in my signature

My PSU is a 550 Watt Antec
I have Kingston PC3200 DDR I Ram, latency levels at 2-2-2-5-4

when i apply the coolbits, how do i actually run the program.

mm in the CPU-Z program it says my Link Width is at 8x, and max supported it 16x. Hmm... is it only going at 8x isn't it supposed to be at 16x?

that's fine.. you can set leave it at 8x.. it can push your fsb higher
