Quad core conroe / 8800 GTX

The system is crap, but it still has a heavy weigh in for consumers that don't know jack. A number of machines can be built, that all hit the 5.9 mark, and as far as they are concerned, they are all the same speed. Course explaining this to them doesn't seem to change there thoughts on the matter.

Plus a pile of games and programs are "saposed" to be coming out with a Performance rating plastered on them. I'm curious to find out how well this ends up turning out.

It's out already and is slowly being backdated. Check the game menu on Vista
for example: Neverwinter nights2: recommended 5 required 1

First game I played that showed up in the games menu... Civilization 2, with the correct box art and everything.

LMAO I've been out of work since November. I haven't even signed on with the government to say i'm out of work. Im a statistical non-entity.
Still I have an interview on monday for a mortgage and loan company so wish me luck

My perfromanence rating just stopped working for some reason. When originaly run it showed a 5.4 with my cpu being the weakest link. You would think it woudl be a 5.9 for its a cd2...yet no..

Anyways, i thought my O/C stopped it from working, so i killed that...still nothing. Im running stock now as Vista hates me to bump the cpu up at all.

Got my GPU up to 627/1002 , yet still no performence test working.

if you overclock the Intel procresor try disabling these 2 system BIOS options, Enhanced HALT State (C1E) and Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology, then the Windows experience index should show the processor details of the processor's overclocked speed, no?
then after you rerun the Windows experience's to update the score, the processor's subscore should then be increased if your processor is overclocked at over 20-30% or so.
