PangingJr is just really nicePangingJr is just really nicePangingJr is just really nicePangingJr is just really nice

the memory is DDR2-667 (PC2-5300) 1.8V, with memory frequencies and latency timings...
200 MHz CL3 (3-3-3-9) / 266 MHz CL4 (4-4-4-12) / 333 MHz CL5 (5-5-5-15)

on a side note: if the ICs on the Kingston module are Nanya "D6408TEBGGL3U" or Hynix "FP-Y5" both can be overclocked very good.
if i can recall i used to see that the Kingston DDR2-667 with the Nanya ICs ran at DDR2-1050 (or so) 2.0V/2.1V
but it's just not every single one of them will do it, really. i have a couple pair of the modules that can do upto DDR2-950 CAS5 or DDR2-800 CAS4 with 2.0V or DDR2-800 1.8V.
