Very Odd results.

I got my 9500 PRO today and flashed it with Warp11's BIOS and I got a few odd results.

First off my card was detected as a 9700 PRO. I checked the Fill Rate for Multi-Texturing and I got 2273.0 MTexels. I'm guessing 9500 PROs are supposed to get that. I did a slight overclock and got 9800 3D Marks with my P4 2.04 GHz.

Any comments on this?

That's what the Warp 11 bios does. It won't give you the 256 memory config though. The warp 11 bios ONLY enables overclocking.

Will it work with an old 8500 128?

yea honestly... or a radeon 8500LE 128 meg

It does that to every 9500np/pro

I did that to both mines, actually, i modded my 9500np to 9700np, but still a 9700pro....

doesn't work on 9000/9100 or lower.
