Sensors?

)I just downloaded and treid out Mother board manager instead of using the Asus probe that came with my A7n8x deluxe. The temperatures that asus probe showed seemed to be pretty accurate and very low. 32 degrees for the motherboard sensor and 40-45 degrees for my processor.(all in celsius). the problem is that suddenly i found a new sensor the MBM name for it is W83L785TS-S. It runs at a higher temperature of 51 degree. Not dangerous yet, but higher than any numbers i saw before. I'm disturbed much more by the other new sensor, a W83L785TS-S diode. It runs very hot at around 65 - 70 degree's celcius which sounds dangerous to me. It's been running fine for a while now at the settings i have it at.

The only other items in my motherboard that my have a temperature sensor are my power supply which is an antec true power 380 watt that came with my antec sonata case and my radeon 9500 pro.

PS on a side note i have my ram at 3-2-2-2 and its generic DDR ram... it won't go even 1 mhz from its 166 mhz bus that it was designed for.(crashes at 168 or at 165 ) Is that normal with some ram?
