Knowledge on OC P4X400 Dragon Lite

Hey guys I got my new motherboard today a P4X400 Dragon Lite I have a 2.4b Pent 4 (533)FSB I also have 512 mb 2700 DDR. I was wondering how to overclock this puppy the best. Does anybody have any links to this or knowledge of this board. The Book that came with it does not include any instructions on the BIOS at all. my other motherboards in the past gave a brief discription of what each setting in bios does.
