Recommended Memory Voltage is..?
P4PE has 2.9V as max. My Crucial PC2700 512 MB @ CAS 2.5 is O/Ced to 370
So..what should the Voltage be at?

as low as possible where it is still stable... Even after running it for a month or two sometimes you can lower it even more. But at 185fsb, I'd say you would be fine at 2.7. If its not stable bump to 2.75 or whatever your next highest setting is..

well speaking for AMD rigs (which on the mem side of things should not matter) good memory can run up to 200 on 2.75 if you're really lucky. 2.8 will take you there on most brand name sticks. On the generic stuff you may have to crank it to 2.9 to get it in shape but where No_Style is at 370mhz on the mem, 2.7 should do fine. Though I did take into account that it is crucial brand so noted it may take 2.75v.

rated speed and timings are important but overall OC reputation goes a long way too

I recommend that you always keep it within 10% of the stock voltage... meaning ... DONT dump your 3.3 volt rail into the memory.
that does a HUGE amount of damage... but it was a really insane overclock

Often people skimp out on the ram because they find a cheap deal. I've been bitten in the arse before from this myself. If you get really high quality ram most of the time you don't even have to worry about it's voltage. I know a lot of us do not have tons of money to blow, but you will not be sorry buying quality ram. I'm not doing a very serious OC on my system, but my timings are way down and the ram just sits there and laughs at me asking for more.
