Can't overclock my RAM on an Asus P5N-D

For reference my system specifications is listed in my signature.

My motherboard only supports DDR-800 RAM but I have a set of DDR-1066 modules in my system working at a reduced speed of 800MHz.

When I attempt to change the FSB:RAM ratio to 5:4 (1333MHz:1066MHz) it fails to apply the settings and doesn't turn on. Obviously you can get back into the BIOS by restarting the machine again as it has a crash free BIOS. I have manually set the voltage to 2.2V but I have a funny feeling its supposed to be 2.3V but I don't really fancy taking the risk.

At present I'm not willing to overclock the CPU as its fast enough as it is. Any help, ideas or suggestions is much appreciated.

Nick.

I should also add that any sort of overcloking fails, whether if its the auto method or manually set. It even failed when I had DDR-800MHz RAM inside the machine.

Fixed it! Asus just released a BIOS update (0601) which fixed the issue. I can now overclock effortlessly.
