Re: Oc q8200
All CPUs are different, and different motherboards react differently to certain settings too.
Could you post the settings you have used to attain your current overclock, voltages included?

Re: Oc q8200
i had just tried to get to 3.01GHz on 1.42 core voltage and 1.52v on CPU PLL voltage and 1720 fsb MHz, fsb memory clock mode-linked, fsb memory ratio-sync mode with a x7.0 multiplyer but that wasnt stable at all, the only way i get true stability, without any freezing is when i either have it stock, or use the ai overclocker option set to 20% and everything else on auto

Re: Oc q8200
The Q8200 is generally a poor clocker, but yours sounds pretty awful. Mine only requires 1.23V for 3GHz.

Re: Oc q8200
I left everything to auto except for Vcore to 1.235.

Re: Oc q8200
Whatever gives 3GHz
439 or something like that. I doubt its your motherboard. Most Q8200 are horrible clockers.
