exclamation System Overload + E7300@2.66 + HD4870 on EP43-UD3L

Hello. I've been rearranging my PC and components and I've come up with a new setup. So I guess I want to start with some OCing. First off main new part I'll be using is the Gigabyte EP43-UD3L Ultra Durable 3 MB. It uses an Intel P43 Chipset and ICH 10R SB.

BIOS Setup:

CPU Frequency - 2.66@10x multiplyer
Voltages
- Vcore - 1.2125V
- Termination - 1.200V
- Reference - 0.805V

MCH - 1.100V

These are just basically the standard clocks displayed in BIOS.
This is what "standard looks like on "screen":

I am also looking to OC my 4870 1GB card as well.
Currently at standard clocks:

Everything at stock speeds this is my score with 8GB of RAM.

Not too flashy. Hopefully though I can get to around 9 or 10,000P. What do you think?

Re: System Overload + E7300@2.66 + HD4870 on EP43-UD3L

I think though only having 3MB of L2 cache though SUX majorly. SO that will be my next move - onto a 9550 I saw in the shops, I think they're on 4 times as much as this one, 12MB, NICE. Although, priced at the same as a Core i7 920 it's a difficult decision actually. When i was checking out the price of the 920 the guy tried to talk me down to an 870! As if! I don't even care if the 870 IS faster. For me I couldn't live with myself knowing that 920 minus 870 = 50 difference!!

the 870 is better but much more expensive...
