OC on Q8300 - Help

Can anyone help me out OC my Q8300 R0 (cooler ZEROtherm ZEN FZ120). Got a ASUS P5QL.
I wanna push it from 2.5 to 3.5 .. I don't have experience on Intel OC.

Before you do anything, you should update bios of motherboard, just install stable version of bios (avoid beta version). P5QL is good motherboard, but compatibility with memory modules (RAM) sometime could be a problem when you OC CPU.

I believe that you will be able to push CPU to 3.3 Ghz without problems, but you definitely need PSU upgrade.

I already flashed the MB with the latest bios.
