CPU interface, on or off?

I have a nf7-S rev2 mobo, and I can't take the FSB higher than 198MHz, but my ram is rated for 217MHz at 2-2-2-5 and I would really like to run it that high. I have heard that disabling this feature can let me overclock the FSB alot more. What does it do, and should I enable or disable it?

EDIT: well, I just tested it, and it didn't help me at all.
