Ok i have a couple of guestions regardin the unlocking of the AMD duron (mine is 900mhz)
1. When pencilung in or closeing the L1 and the L7 briges do i do them all of certain ones? 2. If i do this with the pencil and i have undesirable results can i wipe off or take of the pencil markings to unlock the chip or they permanet in some way? Thanks in advance |

Closing all the L1 bridges should unlock your processor. Some people frown on it, but I've never had a problem with using a pencil. You can, of course, fix any mistakes by simply erasing the markings. Just be sure to be thorough about it.

Unless it has changed since I last did it, you should only have to close the L1 bridges
