Any Ideas?

Im trying to OC my new system
I have it at 243fsb,1.625 vcore,2.85 ram,1.7 agp,33/66,turbo enabled,HT enabled,PAT enabled
Timings are 2,3,3,6.THe burst lenght is 4 clocks(other option 8 clocks)
Im not sure about these 2 so both are at auto
Dram idle timer(infin,0t,8t,16t,64t,auto)
Dram refresh rate(auto,15.6usec,7.8usec,64usec,64t)
ich,and spread spectrum both disabled
ive turned off what im not using(raid, seriel and parellel ports, onboard sound,1394 comtoller)
These settings will run games ,windows etc with no problems, will only run prime for 4 hrs then i get an error. So i know im not 100% stable.
Any ideas what to change to get this stable? And maybee get to 250fsb or a little higher.
Thanks for any help,greatly apprietiatted.
temps dont go over 40 under load,i get a different reading for my12v on mbm5 and asus probe, the mbm5 shows 12.1 with very little fluctuation where the asus drops to 11.9 and fluctuates quite a bit.But the temps are exactly the same.
Also i have never updated bios.Im not sure which ver. im running.Should i look into this?Where can i find the version i am using?
Thanks again.
