Prime95, 3dMark01, 3dMark03
Prime95 for system stability run in turture mode if it comes back with hardware failed then you need lower you overclock, and the other ones for graphics.

Hot
Most people would say that is a stable system. If it crashes immediately, you know it's not stable, if it gives errors after a few hours you know it not stable, but it may play games all day long and not crash too-

If it gives an error after 10 hours or so, some people will still consider it a stable system because most people will never stress they're PC that much under normal use, even when gaming.. But everybody's idea of "stable" is different. If I can run all my games, and all the bench tests, and my PC does it all without crashing, and I run prime95 torture test and get an error after 10 hours, I still consider my PC stable. But if I was building a PC for someone else I would make sure it never threw up an error because they wouldn't know what to do to fix a BSOD if it did happen (they couldn't go into the bios and start adjusting things to make it stable again). They might bug out and start blaming me for a bad build or something- so for other people it has to run prime95 basically indefinitely for me to consider a PC stable. All depends.
